We currently have over a million parts listed in our catalog. We want to give our customer the choice of selecting what type of product they need for the particular project they are working on. Others enthusiasts are looking for an option that gets their vehicle back on the road at the least expensive cost. Some items are excluded from this program however we do offer several discounted shipping options.
We display the shipping cost for each of the discounted shipping options in the cart before an order is finalized. We hate paying duties as much as you do. Unfortunately duties are assessed uniquely by each country. All of our pricing is listed in USD. Using that tool you can calculate the cost of your order in your particular currency.

Once I ordered stuff and one of the reps called ME to verify it was the right parts. A friend needed help with his Mazda and we ordered parts from the largest auto parts online vendor.
Not a single part in the order was right. Not one part. I only order from Pelican. Pelican parts is the worst company I have ever delt with! Tried ordering multiple parts from her for my 1m build and it was just an absolute nightmare. Ordered a front bumper, they charged me and then two weeks later emailed me saying it wasn't in stock. Last I tried to order a 1M front fender from them. After waiting over a month for the fender and no emails I called them to see the status of my order.
They told me that fedex had "lost the package" which was a complete lie. Even if fedex did lose the package and they did file a claim why did I never receive and email about this after over a month?! Last but not least, while pricing out some center caps I added some to my cart with wheel emblems but did not check out!
They actually put the order through somehow and sent them to me when all I did was add then to my cart to see how much it would come out to be with shipping! Absolutely ridiculous, I would never in my life buy anything from Pelican Parts again and to be honest I don't think I even could if I wanted to! They're incapable of even sending you something unless it wasn't something you even bought!
Hey Sean, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please allow me to apologize for not living up to expectation one your last few orders. I am so sorry about the additional oversized shipping charge on your bumper. We rely on the weight and dimensional data from our suppliers on special order items that we do not stock or have not been previously processed through our distribution center.
Occasionally they do not have the correct weights and dims in their price files. When we go to ship these packages our warehouse team flags them for our CS team to notify the customer if any additional freight charges are needed.
This is a rare case but unfortunately it does happen every now and then. I would like to take a look and see if there is anything I can do to help. I would also appreciated it if you shared the lost package order with me.
Unfortunately, our system is not sophisticated enough to confirm delivery back to us when packages are sent out. However if there is an issue and a package is not delivered our customer service team should have assisted you getting you a full refund or shipping you out a replacement.
We have no way of forcing a transaction for another users computer. If that button is not clicked no payment information is submitted to us and there is no way for us to process the order. If you could share that information with me as well I would be happy to try and recall the package or if it is to late issue an RMA and a full refund if you no longer need the products. Parts were in stock, but did not ship until 3 days later, the day they were scheduled to arrive. The tracking link did not work so I contacted Pelican to get a valid tracking number. I was not given a tracking number, but was told my order was in transit and told my shipping charges were refunded. A few more days went by without receiving my order so I inquired again. I was told my order would be arriving Saturday.
A week after ordering parts the following Monday , I still do not have the parts I ordered. I will not be ordering parts from Pelican again. Tip for consumers: Don't order from Pelican. If there is anything else I can do to help please let me know. I have used Pelican parts in the past for Porsche and BMW parts never had a problem always the rite part and fast service. They have the part in stock when no one else did and at a great price.
If you need to call them there customer service is first class. As i said before i will always come back. Someone you can trust and these days that BIG. What a terrible experience. The sales guy put the wrong date for the order, after confirming that the parts would ship overnight and of course charged for overnight shipping.

I am extremely sorry for not handling your order appropriately. You are correct we did make a mistake on this order. Our order processing agent missed the Saturday delivery flag on your order. This caused the order to be delayed and created the huge mess and held your car up from being finished.
I will personally keep track of your order and ensure it ships to the shop today and arrives tomorrow. I fully understand it is about the time and not the money. However, we have also refunded you for the full shipping amount.

Parts exactly as described, now my Mercedes runs like new again! Terrible customer service, moron employees. Do not shop here. They do not honor what they say. Their are several better options to get parts. Chance, At Pelican Parts we offer a huge cataloged filled with over 2 million options for parts. For each of the brands we display a brand rating from 1 to 5 stars. The more stars a brand has indicates a higher quality and more reputable the manufacturer.
The reason for listing multiple options is that we want the customer to decide what type of part they need for a particular job. Some customers just want to get the car back on the road at the lowest cost.
Others want to be sure the parts are purchased from a highly reputable OE Supplier. The part that you ordered was from a 2 star brand and was ordered in June of We do offer a 2 year 24, mile warranty on that particular part. My son has used Pelican parts many times and told me their parts are very good with best price. What could I say more than that. If I could rate this company less than one star I would. I received an email confirming my order and the expected arrival date of Friday. Approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes later an email was sent to me after the cutoff for NDA processing had passed stating that "additional security precautions had been taken" on my order and it would not ship until I contacted the company.
I did not see this email until pm EST When I called today, the attitude had a "too bad" tone. I stayed on hold for 18 minutes waiting for a supervisor. I was then informed that he was busy and would call me back. When he finally did, the same attitude was displayed and the resolution that was offered was simply to have the parts shipped to me for Saturday There was nothing else offered to make up for the lost business, reputation and cash they cost me I will never order another part from Pelican and strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere.
